Coordinate Grid
The Co-Ordinate Grid measures approximately 3.7m x 3.7m and is created using 5cm thick lines laid in a grid formation with 30cm blank tarmac squares. The numbers and letters are supplied in white and run along the outside of the grid.
They are positioned horizontially along the bottom edge of the grid and have the letters a – l running vertically up the left hand edge. These numbers and letters are approximately 18cm high and the grid is avaliable in any of our thermoplastic range of colours.
This product is a great multi purpose item as it can be used to play a variety of games including battleships, chess and draughts and also can be used along side geography lessons to encourage the skills required in map reading. It encourages children to interact with one another through game play and assist thier friends in providing accurate coordinates.
